Norvill Studio is a web design, e-commerce and growth studio based in Bengaluru, India. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Norvill Studio. We are responsible for the personal information described here.

When you fill in our contact form we collect the details you give us: your name, work email, website, the service you need, your timeline, budget range and anything you write in your message. When you book a call, our scheduling tool Cal.com collects your name, email and chosen time to set up the meeting. When you browse the site we may collect basic technical information such as your browser, device, pages visited and approximate location, through privacy-friendly analytics.
How we use it
We use the information you send us to reply to your enquiry, prepare for calls, deliver projects and send invoices. We use analytics data to understand how the site performs and to improve it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Legal basis
We process personal information with your consent, to take steps you request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract with you, and where we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business. We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as required for the project and for legal, tax and accounting purposes. After that we delete or anonymise them.
